Incident on Feb 20th affected some contracts
We would like to inform users about billing issues that arose due to an update on February 20, 2025. The following issues were identified:
- Next Billing Date Mismatch: Some subscription contracts were charged on the incorrect date instead of the expected future billing date.
- Duplicate Billings: A select group of merchants experienced duplicate billing attempts on February 20, resulting in customers being charged twice for the same contract.
Impact Overview:
- Total stores affected: 60
- Total contracts affected: 159
Resolution Steps:
- Affected merchants have been notified via email, which includes details of the impacted contracts and the discrepancies in billing dates.
- Merchants are encouraged to review the email for a list of affected contracts and any necessary adjustments to billing dates.
- For those experiencing duplicate billing issues, it is recommended that merchants cancel one of the duplicate orders through their admin panel to prevent double charges.
We assure all affected users that the issue has been fully resolved and measures have been implemented to prevent similar occurrences in the future.
