Subify release 2.8

We are pleased to announce the release of version 2.8. This update includes the following enhancements:


  • Improved design of the pricing page.
  • Added a link to the first subscription order on the subscription contract page, facilitating easier access for users.

Canny is updated

We are pleased to announce the latest update to the Canny platform. The following features have been released:


  • Introduction of the Quarterly Subscription feature, which is now available in the backend.

Subify Release 2.6 post mortem

subify release 2.2.0

We are pleased to announce the release of version 2.2.0, which includes the following enhancements and features:


  • Widget Disabling via App Embed: Users can now disable the widget by turning off the app embed. This feature allows the widget to be hidden, and the associated product will only be available for one-time purchase. Please note that this method is applicable only to new users who install the app after this release.

  • OTP Email Customization: Customization options for the OTP email have been added to the panel. It is important to retain the HTML code related to the login number in the email; otherwise, an error will occur.

  • Subscription Contract History/Timeline: A history feature has been introduced for subscription contracts, providing updates on status changes and orders. This feature indicates who made the changes, whether it was the merchant or the customer.

  • Intercom Macro for Widget Management: An Intercom macro has been created for hiding or disabling the widget, which can be utilized in conversations.
